About PegGott

I have been helping people who are going through life crisis, especially clerics of all faith traditions.  I could do so much more with a graduate degree.  I have found a program that will allow me to get that credential and accomodates my disability.

I was a mid-level executive - an engineer.  I never thought the answer to the question "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" would be "Disabled."

Why am I asking for assistance?  There is a loop hole in any educational loan program. If I become disabled during the course of school, I would be exempted from repaying the loan.  If I accept a loan program while disabled and I cannot finish for whatever reason, I am responsible for the total amount of the loan.  I am determined to complete my grad work, but that is too great a risk for someone dependent on Social Security's fixed income.

I am casting my bread upon the waters.

Need Help Relocating for Graduate School

After several years of hard work, I am finally graduating with my B.S. this May. I have also been accepted to graduate school, where I have been awarded a full tuition waiver, a paid graduate assistantship, and health insurance. Getting an advanced degree is the only way I can ensure that I will be able to support my children. But, I need help with the expenses of moving 1,000+ miles away. I would appreciate help with truck rental, gas, security deposit on an apartment, etc. I plan to move at the end of June. Please help my family become financially self-sufficient through my graduate education. This is a dream come true for me to be able to attend graduate school.

strugglingGrad

I am struggling to survive. I was enrolled in a PhD program and after putting in 5 years my advisor did some very unethical things and took her racist views out on me. As a result, I had no choice but to leave the lab and the school with a MS degree. I incurred a lot of student loans and health care costs for what I was put through. Now I am trying to start over but I have lost my faith in academia and higher education in the sciences. I am working as a technician in a lab but my pay is barely enough to survice. I have to commute a total of 3-4 hours daily to go to work and I have an old car which may not make it much longer. It makes me nervous to drive at night and during bad weather conditions. If anyone can offer any suggestions on how I can make some additional money to get by or would be generous enough to loan me some I would really appreciate it.

Help paying for school.

I'm looking for any resources that will help me either fund my last year of my B.A. or that I may be able to use to help me pay for my M.S.W  in 2008.
